How it works
1. Initial consultation
By ensuring we fully understand your goals and needs, we can provide you with an accurate quote for your extension. That’s why Josh will meet with you at your property to discuss what you’re looking for. We’ll organise this free meeting as soon as you get in touch.
2. Free quote
Using the information from Josh’s initial consultation with you, we’ll provide a fully-itemised, obligation-free quote for all your required work. At this stage, there’s still room to alter the job to come up with a final figure. We can also provide suggestions to reduce costs if necessary.
3. Construction
After everything’s agreed, we’ll get started on your Brisbane home extension. Throughout your project, Josh will oversee the work and complete much of it himself. He’ll also stay in touch with you from start to finish, so you’re kept up-to-date on your extension’s progress. This ensures you enjoy greater peace of mind and certainty at every stage.
4. Handover
Once construction is complete, it’ll be time for handover. Josh will take care of this step personally, and is happy to resolve any questions or concerns that may arise. Then it will be time for you and your family to relax and enjoy your new lifestyle and spacious home.
